If you connect a wireless internet service or a capped mobile service, please note that usage for these services are applied on a pro-rata basis.

This means that if you join or leave partway through the billing month (28th - 27th), you will only receive the portion of the credit for the period that the service was active.

Please be mindful of this when monitoring your usage during the month you activate or disconnect a service. We personally recommend only activating, disconnecting or changing the usage of a plan on the 28th of the month, to ensure that you receive the full month's usage.
