1) Gold Customer Pack. Voice2net hosts the service and the only expense is a handset, internet connection 512/512 minimum and a monthly service fee. This pack utilises the Cisco 7940s recognised as the best IP Phones in the market place. This package caters for Business requirements and requires minimal configuration at your premise. I'm sure you've seen them on all your favourite TV shows.
2) Silver Customer Pack. This pack is a mid market solution. For those who are price conscious we have made this pack available. It has all the same technologies , however the customers total cost of ownership is reduced due to a less expensive handset. The Sipura 841 is a 2 or 4 line phone which has message bank, call on hold etc however it does not have a big configurable display screen that the Cisco phones do.
3) Residential Pack. This is a residential solution. It does not require the use of the Voice2net DSL network, However quality of service can not be guaranteed. In this instance we recommend this as a second line solution whereby you keep the Home/primary phone line and have the voip line for business or to keep the kids of the main phone. The bronze kit also has a number of options but encompasses all standard offerings.
4) Wireless Pack. Some people no longer use there land line and use their mobile when they are at home. This package is designed for you.If you use iburst or unwired for your internet you too can now use Voip . This pack is aimed at the Wireless users. It comes with a hard phone or a softphone (software installed on the workstation)
