BPay
Contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society, either by internet or telephone, to make this payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. When prompted enter the biller code & your Customer Reference number (situated on your bill).
Credit Card
Call our Telepay service on 1300 857 892 (24hrs) to pay your bill using Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Diners. We will provide you with a receipt number for your records.
Paying in Person
Please present the payment slip from the bottom of your bill at a Post Office where cash, cheque or credit card will be accepted using the barcode.
Mail
Detach the payment slip from the bottom of the bill & return it together with your cheque made out to Telecommunications Payment Services. They are our outsourced transaction payment processing bureau.
Direct Debit
Call 1300 857 863 & register for Direct Debit to nominate your bank account or credit card. Payments will be taken out on the due date for you automatically. You will never have to remember to pay your bill again.
8. Do I have to be an existing Voice2net customer to join Voice2net internet? No, you do not need to be an Voice2net customer to join Voice2net internet.
9. What hardware do I need to connect to the internet?
You will need a standard personal computer, a modem & a telephone line. We recommend at least a Pentium class processor with Windows 95, a CD-ROM, 16 megabytes of RAM & a V.90 56k modem.
10. Can I connect to Voice2net internet using an Apple computer?
Yes. Our network is compatible with all computers that use the PPP protocol, including all Apple computers. Our technical support team is able to provide support for customers with Apple computers. We recommend that your Apple uses MacOS 8 or higher.
11. Do I need a telephone line to connect to Voice2net internet?
Yes, connecting to Voice2net internet requires a telephone line. However in some areas we may be able to supply you with wireless internet.
12. Does my computer need to be connected to a telephone line when I connect to Voice2net internet?
Yes, your computer must have a modem which is plugged into both a telephone line & your computer. Most newer computers now have built in modems.
13. Can I connect to the internet if I have only one telephone line?
Yes, only one telephone line is needed to connect to the internet. You can connect to Voice2net internet using the phone line normally used for voice telephone calls.
14. What type of modem do I need to connect to Voice2net internet?
Voice2net supports modem speeds up to 56kbps. If you are using a 56kbps modem it must support either the v.90 or K56flex protocols. The speed you can connect to Voice2net largely depends on the quality of your telephone line.
16. Can I join Voice2net internet if I already have an internet service provider?
Yes, if you already have an internet service provider & would like to get online with voice2net as well, we can help you connect to Voice2net while keeping your existing connection.
17. Do all internet programs work with Voice2net internet?
Yes, any program which is designed to be used on the internet will work with the Voice2net network.
